This is a premium course featuring carefully selected seafood and mountain delicacies from Kumamoto.We offer a variety of dishes that pair well with drinks, including a bagna cauda-style salad using several kinds of seasonal vegetables, a platter of Amakusa-sourced kuruma prawns and seasonal sashimi, three kinds of grilled pintxos, sea urchin and egg, seared bluefin tuna steak, and a tasting of different cuts of Akaushi beef.All-you-can-drink is included, but you can also order individual drinks separately.Due to the need to purchase ingredients, please be sure to make a reservation at least one day in advance.
