This is a premium course featuring carefully selected delicacies from Kumamoto's seas and mountains.We have a selection of dishes that go well with alcohol, including a bagna cauda-style salad using several types of seasonal vegetables, Amakusa tiger prawns and an assortment of seasonal sashimi, three types of grilled pinchos, sea urchin egg, seared bluefin tuna steak, and a tasting of Akagyu beef.All-you-can-drink is included, but you can also order additional drinks separately.Please make your reservation at least one day in advance as we need to purchase ingredients.
