This premium course features carefully selected delicacies from Kumamoto's sea and mountains.We have prepared a menu that goes well with alcohol, including a bagna cauda-style salad made with several types of seasonal vegetables, a platter of Amakusa tiger prawns and seasonal sashimi, three types of grilled pinchos, sea urchin egg, seared bluefin tuna steak, and a tasting of Akagyu beef.All-you-can-drink is included, but you can also order additional drinks individually.Please make your reservation at least one day in advance as we need to purchase ingredients.
