A course featuring Kumamoto Prefecture's brand of Wagyu beef, Akagyu.The menu includes rare Akagyu beef cutlets, charcoal-grilled roast beef, and two types of skewers recommended for the day! The sashimi is fresh seasonal yellowtail from Amakusa with aromatic green onion sauce, Kumamoto vegetable salad, and other popular dishes include deep-fried homemade shrimp paste and a la carte dishes, making this a total of eight dishes!
